Milton Keynes Council Notification and recommendations following the Examiner’s report and the proposal to retain Policies SNP14, SNP16 and SNP17

The consultation on the proposed decision to retain the amended policies SNP14, SNP16 & SNP17 is available for comments for 8 weeks from Wednesday 20th November, 2019 to Wednesday 15th January 2020. Any comments on the proposed decision must be submitted to Milton Keynes Council before 5pm on Wednesday 15th January 2020. Please see link below for details.

Youth Cabinet members needed – Are you interested?

MK YCAB is the Milton Keynes Youth Cabinet. YCAB is composed on 36 elected members aged 11-18 who want to use their voice, energy, and passion to change Milton Keynes for the better. Members organise events and projects, run campaigns and influence decision-makers on the issues which matter most to young people. YCAB meets monthly to discuss plans and twice after school every month to work on campaigns and projects.

Fly Tipping: We’re on the Case

Beware fly tippers, we are watching you. Incorrect disposal of waste is fly tipping and an offence that could result in a fine of up to £50,000 or 5 years imprisonment, or a Fixed Penalty Notice of £250. Recently, Milton Keynes Council caught a local man red handed who has now been ordered to pay hundreds of pounds. Thank you Milton Keynes Council!
