Making our Streets Safer

In response to the increase in reports of crime, anti-social behaviour and fly-tipping, within our Parish, the Council have engaged a company specialising in monitoring areas where this type of activity is prevalent with a view to providing evidence to Thames Valley Police and MK Council for appropriate action.
A tripartite meeting between ourselves, Milton Keynes Council (Housing and Antisocial Behaviour Groups) and TVP has identified a rolling target list of estates to be targeted.
If you have an area you would like to be monitored please contact the Parish Council. Winter 2020 Newsletter – Crime Prevention

Speed Indicator Device (TSID)

TSIDs are temporary vehicle activated signs which detect and display real-time vehicle speeds. We have one TSID which spends one or two weeks in either direction. This data helps us alongside Thames Valley Police to target speeding in our Parish. Please see below for the data we collected.
